I'm here to offer fresh perspective, clarity, and hope. Most of our energy is spent balancing our expectations and disappointments and reacting to the wants and needs of others. We each come to counseling with a unique experience, but most of us rarely take the time and energy to figure out what we need, mentally and emotionally. Counseling is a powerful tool to help you 'level up' and a way to create space for peace and calm in our busy lives. My goal is to bring insight and healing where there has been trauma, chaos, confusion, or overwhelming emotion. My specialties include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, and mindset techniques for Stress Management. I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and an undergrad academic background in Bible, theology, and music. Your goals are always my priority. I'm here to listen and make sense of the things that feel overwhelming. I'm down to earth, have a good sense of humor, and do my best to create a stress-free environment for you.
